While entering / updating the details of text books in the website ... TEXT BOOK MONITORING SYSTEM ... all the secretaries of co-op societies and in charge of school text books are to be very cautious. Enter the details of requirement of text book as total requirement of text book and the receipt of text book as total receipt. So that the details of shortage and excess can be monitored at AEO and DEO level.
